You will need to know:
- Property Manager ID = 102168AZ
- Client ID = your last name in CAPITAL LETTERS (if you have a popular last name you may need to add your first initial at the end. For example: John Smith = SMITHJ )
- Email Address = the email you have on file with us
To change your email address:
- Please send us your new email address;
- Wait for email confirmation;
- After 24 hours, create a NEW login account with your updated email address. (All your information, statements, documents will still be in your "new" account.)
